Meet Your Practitioner
Meet Angie, a beacon of transformation and wellness. With eight years of experience running a thriving business in Toowoomba, Queensland, Angie has been a guiding light for countless individuals on their journey to quit smoking, abstain from alcohol, and embrace a healthier, more positive lifestyle through self-development techniques.

Angie’s passion for helping others flourished as she transitioned into the disability sector, dedicating eight years to empowering those with disabilities. Her expertise in managing NDIS funds and coordinating support services has touched the lives of many people with a disability, their carers and families with the aim of fostering independence, choice and control in their lives.

Angie grew up with two sisters with a disability in times where institutions were the norm and being seen in the community was not. Subsequently she was subjected to judgement throughout her schooling that left deep scars.
When Angie left school she lacked confidence and had signs of depression and high anxiety. This is when her self development journey began.

She learnt from the great thought leaders of the time including Louise Hay, Dan Millman, and Robert Holden. She read hundreds of self development books, attended seminars and redefined her outlook. She came across Nero linguistic programming and trained to advance levels over two years and recently retrained in 2024.

Angie has a compassion for grief having experienced the loss of five people in five months and seven in that one year. She honours her journey in life and continues to love her life in spite of it all.

A lover of animals, nature, and the coastal life, Angie finds balance and strength in martial arts, outdoor adventures, and the serene beauty of the mountains. Her commitment to health extends beyond the physical; she nurtures her emotional and spiritual well-being with regular exercise, a wholesome diet, and the mindful use of natural products, including essential oils and homeopathic remedies.

Angie’s mission is to ignite a spark of positive change in you. Join her in embracing transformation, fuelling a desire for personal growth, and embarking on a meaningful journey towards a life filled with purpose.

The story behind the logo
Many years ago when I was running my business in Toowoomba, I was at an expo promoting my services and had a stall beside a woman Michelle who drew beautiful art work. She took a picture of a person and then would meditate and come up with an image, usually an animal. We both loved each others work, so decided to swap a session with each other. She arrived at my home two weeks later with this framed picture of the hummingbird and on the back of the picture was this statement;

Hummingbird & Sword of the Spiritual Warrior
"Hummingbird is the symbol of getting to the heart of a matter and clarifying issues. One who can clean out old wounds and impurities and bring back clarity to any situation. Hummingbird is also considered capable of drawing together the torn aspects of an injury or problem and sewing up the wounds."

As a result of this picture and the meaning, the hummingbird became an integral part of my business.

The other part of the story with Michelle is that during the session I supported her with, my cat Edward insisted on laying on her. I would not normally allow this, but Michelle gave permission for this to occur. He lay on her chest with his arms up around her neck and his head under her chin. It was the most profound thing to see and for her to experience. Edward would often insist on being in my treatment room and people would ask for him when they arrived. He was the most beautiful cat and is dearly missed, even after many years.
