Feedback and Complaints

At Humbird Services, we value and encourage feedback and recognise that complaints can provide important opportunities for us to improve our service. We endeavour to manage all complaints effectively, efficiently, fairly, and transparently. All complaints are considered without reprisal or discrimination. We also love hearing about the positives as well, so please fill out the form below and we will come back to you.

We will acknowledge your complaint in writing within 5 working days and attempt to resolve your complaint within 30 days. We will regularly update you throughout the process.

Your complaint will be treated confidentially unless your complaint concerns allegations of criminal or otherwise unlawful conduct. In this event, we may notify the police or other relevant governing body as required by law/considered appropriate.
