We Support Your Success over Four Sessions

From working with nearly a thousand people to quit over many years, I have learnt that quitting in the first session can’t be guaranteed.
​
The people I worked with had many factors that were associated with the smoking habit that needed to be addressed including life's challenges that would have typically triggered them for a cigarette. They needed and wanted a wholistic approach.
I saw many more people walk out the door as a permanent non-smoker in four sessions than one, so to ensure the success for you, I only offer four sessions.
​
In four sessions we look at smoking from a mindset, body and emotional levels using hypnosis, kinesiology, and NLP to ensure the success of your goal. We go at your pace and work through the layers of the smoking habit in a safe, comfortable environment.
You have six months to use your four sessions and you can either book them on a regular basis or come when you need to, however I do recommend fortnightly sessions to ensure you successfully quit.
