In 2023, an estimated 22% (4.3 million) of Australians have reported having depression, anxiety or a mental health disorder. This is up from 11% in 2009. In 2020, an estimated 61% of LGBTQ+ people reported having being diagnosed with depression and 47% having been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder.
An estimated 24% of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people reported a mental illness. Adults with a disability generally experience a higher psychological distress than people without a disability.

Session Types

On-going Coaching
​

Whole Day Session
Thought about resolving your issues but don't want to drag it out over 3 months or don't have the time to commit to a regular appointment? Then this style of session could be for you!
In a Whole Day Session we work through as many challenges that we can in a day focusing on the most important challenges that you have at the time.
A variety of techniques are used including NLP, Hypnosis and Kinesiology.

This session also includes a follow up session two weeks later.
Regular sessions afterwards may be required and can be discussed at the time.
3 Months of Support
On-going coaching is great for people whom could feel overwhelmed dealing with their challenges all at once, say in a whole day session. Ongoing support provides an opportunity to learn and grow as you work through your challenges at a pace you feel comfortable with. It also gives you time for the body to adjust to the changes.

Ongoing support involves 4 hours per month for 3 months. Some people attend sessions every 2 weeks for 2 hours and others come once a month for 4 hours.
I always follow-up with you to ensure you are on the right track and if there is any further support that is necessary.
