The increasing pressures of modern life stresses the body in ways we don't fully understand. We become disconnected from ourselves in pursuit of daily demands and stop listening to our body that talks to us all the time. If we continue to ignore the signals from our body it gets to a point where it potentially creates disease. For some, this is a wake up call to make changes, for others it does not stop them from continuing down the path they have been on.

We are energetic beings and if we put food in our body that is biocidic (biocidic means life destroying. These foods increase toxicity and interfere with healthy metabolism) including white sugar and flour, processed foods, chemical flavourings, caged chicken and lot-fed meats along with fatty dairy products, then it affects the health of our body because the food does not hold a high vibration. Our body is also not designed to deal with processed foods, so it has a negative impact on us.
When we look at the health of the body, we also consider chemicals in our skin care products, cleaners in our home and toxins in our environment. Food, chemicals and our emotional and mental wellbeing affects the health of our body. Our body works hard for us each day to function optimally. If we don't put the right fuel in it, it simply won't perform like it should.

Session Types

On-going Coaching
​

Whole Day Session
Thought about resolving your issues but don't want to drag it out over 3 months or don't have the time to commit to a regular appointment? Then this style of session could be for you!
In a Whole Day Session we work through as many challenges that we can in a day focusing on the most important challenges that you have at the time.
A variety of techniques are used including NLP, Hypnosis and Kinesiology.

This session also includes a follow up session two weeks later.
Regular sessions afterwards may be required and can be discussed at the time.
3 Months of Support
On-going coaching is great for people whom could feel overwhelmed dealing with their challenges all at once, say in a whole day session. Ongoing support provides an opportunity to learn and grow as you work through your challenges at a pace you feel comfortable with. It also gives you time for the body to adjust to the changes.

Ongoing support involves 4 hours per month for 3 months. Some people attend sessions every 2 weeks for 2 hours and others come once a month for 4 hours.
I always follow-up with you to ensure you are on the right track and if there is any further support that is necessary.
